Backend priority: performance-optimized built-in, prefer Roaster when present #366

The performance-optimized generator ships inside simple-builders as the built-in default. When a Roaster-based backend is found on the processor's dependency path, that implementation is preferred (priority-based backend selection via the SPI).|
