Summary

Since 3.2 the Titanium.Web.Proxy package has no license/licenseUrl in its nuspec (the description is also the SDK default "Package Description"), while Titanium.Web.Proxy.Abstractions already declares MIT. License-compliance tooling that mirrors packages into internal feeds reads the nuspec and treats the package as unlicensed, so 4.x–7.x cannot be consumed without per-version exceptions.

This adds PackageLicenseExpression=MIT, Authors and Description, and packs src/Titanium.Web.Proxy/LICENSE, mirroring Titanium.Web.Proxy.Abstractions.csproj. No code or public API changes.

Edition impact

  • MIT only (Titanium.Web.Proxy / Abstractions / Configuration / Cli)
  • PolyForm NC (Titanium.Plus / Titanium.Inspector) — maintainers only

Checklist

  • dotnet pack src/Titanium.Web.Proxy/Titanium.Web.Proxy.csproj -c Release succeeds; the nuspec now contains <license type="expression">MIT</license> and the package includes LICENSE
  • Tests: not applicable (packaging metadata only)
  • CLA signed (first-time contributors)
  • No third-party proxy/debugger product names in new/edited public tree text
  • Hot-path / terminate-lite behavior preserved (no code changes)
  • PublicAPI.Shipped.txt / Unshipped.txt untouched (no public surface change)
  • Target branch is develop
