Release Please bumps launchdarkly-java-server-sdk from 7.15.0 to 7.16.0 across the release manifest,
gradle.properties,Version.SDK_VERSION, andCHANGELOG.md.The new changelog entry documents the shipped feature: FDv1 streaming and polling data sources now follow the RETRY specification (implementation landed in an earlier commit, not in this diff).
