Version 0.4.5 adopts openkal-linux 0.24.2 for the native runner and fixes
okprof recordenvironment forwarding. Keep all four source packages at one version and retain main's 0.4.4 Windows mapped-tail fix.kal_env_var_atenumerates names;okprof recordnow obtains values throughkal_env_var, preserves empty values, replaces OKRUN_PROF by name and forwards the child's exit status. Native regression coverage runs on all four hosts.Validation: released mcpp 2026.11.3.1 builds all tools from ordinary public-index Linux 0.24.2; the actual lock confirms
index+mcpplibs@0.24.2. The native profiling regression passes and the new runner executes the exact frozen a139 clangd image. actionlint, rendered README review and diff checks pass. The original environment-only head passed all five CI jobs; this final integration head requires its own complete CI.The same-host original clangd workload diagnostic retains both baselines: Linux x64 cold CPU ratios are public 1.184 / matched baseline 1.175 / filtered 1.132, and ARM64 1.126 / 1.124 / 1.111. Both candidate acceptance reports pass without changing workloads or thresholds. These source-dependent diagnostics do not qualify the final engine cohort or joint UX release.
Part of mcpp-community/mcpp#885; reuses this existing PR for the runner release. Existing published tags and archive bytes remain unchanged.
