0.24.1 --- the correction group, and its release as one index change - #22

The group names openkal-macos 0.22.1, openkal-musl 0.28.1, openkal-llvm-runtime 0.19.1 and the image family 0.5.1. tools/family_release.py states the group's tags, mirrors and open issues, writes its one index change, and compares the global symbols of the C library and the C++ run-time with the previous patch; .github/workflows/family-release.yml runs it, and resolves an image of the group with the released mcpp and the one under review over the candidate index. The openkal 0.24.1 correction group (mcpp design record 2026-11-07, §4.2.3), and the release of a group as one index change (§4.2.2, A5 and A6).
Group
The members now name one another by compatible ranges (A1); this group selects the versions.
Release tooling (A6)
tools/family_release.py:check(tags, GitCode mirrors, the index),defects(open issues of the members, for the notes),index DIR(the group's one index change into a checkout of mcpp-index),exports OLD NEW(global symbols of the C library and C++ run-time objects an image links; a patch removes none)..github/workflows/family-release.yml: runs them on every change of the group, keeps the index change as an artifact, resolves an image of the group with the released mcpp and the one under review over the candidate index, and compares the symbols with the previous patch's.Locally:
