已有 UIUX 与页面验收缺少统一的视觉打磨标准和修改前基线，已有页面也没有独立优化入口。本次新增
scd-ui-polish，并让 UIUX、QuickDev 页面验收复用同一份八维视觉质量参考：修改前检查真实页面，至少两轮自审，必要第三轮，交付同条件前后对比。清晰局部修改保留原范围；新页面不伪造历史基线；已有设计确认、真实浏览器、独立验收和高风险门继续有效。技能目录、路由和安装载荷同步为十三个，版本为 0.18.0。
验证
node --test tests/*.test.mjs：359/359 PASS。claude plugin validate . --strict：PASS。/root/ui_polish_acceptance（fork_turns=none）对 head8580ed734d1c65021f40030cd231299e905920c0返回合并前 PASS；A1–A5 与六个技能场景演练通过。报告independent/acceptance.md；必需 Thinloop CI SUCCESS（run 40622777559）。已合并至5fc0889379cd8061aea6617548a8cbfa4295db15；本机八个支持客户端已刷新至 0.18.0 / 十三个技能。源码链接、插件完整载荷与支持 Hook wiring 已核对；OpenCode/Pi 原生发现与 DSH 原生组合证据补充保留的 MANUAL 检查项。任务分支与工作树清理完成；A6 及最终三本账已由同一独立验收者直接复核 PASS（independent/post-merge.md）；活动会话未强制重载、DSH 实时事件未实测。此次修改是技能和流程，没有产品页面差异；产品页面浏览器验收为 N/A。原证据目录在最终复核时已消失，原因未确认；父级原始测试日志已恢复，安装/交付状态重新观察，独立报告根据真实工具回执重建并说明来源。现证据目录：
