fix: app library post release

• Added compact mode for instances in library.
• Add drag handle to resize the amount of items in the "Jump in" section.
• Fixed missing signal icon and players online in "Jump in" cards.
• Added icon editing actions for instance context menu.
• Stopped applying conditional icon padding for user avatars.
