deps(docker): re-pin python:3.14-slim-bookworm to the 3.14.8 build - #25

Grype's database now lists CVE-2026-19445 (critical) and CVE-2026-19553 (high) for Python 3.14.7, fixed in 3.14.8, so the Docker image job on main fails since 2026-10-15. The tag now points at the 3.14.8 build (sha256:48b13b00...); both stages are re-pinned to that digest. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Docker image job on
mainturned red today (run 38800911573). Grype's database now lists CVE-2026-19445 (critical) and CVE-2026-19553 (high) for Python 3.14.7, both fixed in 3.14.8. Nothing in the code changed: the pinned base digest is from the 3.14.7 build.python:3.14-slim-bookwormnow resolves tosha256:48b13b00…, the same digest as3.14.8-slim-bookworm(checked against registry-1.docker.io). Both stages are re-pinned to it. The Python minor stays 3.14.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
