docs: ML07-0001 and ML07-0002 as First Edition (-1) (4.5.x) - #493

The books describe HTTPD 4.5.1 as published. The title pages, the landing page and the PDF names drop the Draft state, and the passages on how the sessions were captured no longer speak of a release branch or a project file change. They say that the captures come from a build of the 4.5.1 source made before the release, and that a start of the published package was not captured. Refs #489.

Cross-read: ACCEPTED. The diff is the same patch as #490 (identical patch-id, the same seven files), and docs/ equals main. No Draft notice or ML07-000x-0 is left. CI and the Read the Docs preview are green and show the first edition.
