📝 Walkthrough

The new GitHub Actions workflow validates the plugin manifest version on qualifying pushes to main. It checks for the matching tag and release, then creates whichever is missing.

Changes: Plugin release automation

Layer / File(s) Summary
Workflow trigger and job setup
.github/workflows/release.yaml
The workflow runs on pushes to main that affect .claude-plugin/plugin.json. It configures run concurrency, generates a GitHub App token, and checks out the repository without persisting credentials.
Version validation and existence checks
.github/workflows/release.yaml
The workflow requires a version with three numeric components. It checks whether the corresponding tag and release exist.
Create missing tag and release
.github/workflows/release.yaml
If the tag is absent, the workflow creates it on the pushed commit. If the release is absent, it creates one with GitHub-generated notes.

Add a release workflow that tags and publishes a GitHub release as
neteye-steward when the version in .claude-plugin/plugin.json changes on
main.
