[stable-0.1] fix(viewer): say when changes to a mind map are not saved - #426

FreeMind and XMind files can be opened and edited, but not saved. The editor hid the save controls and closed without asking, so users lost their edits without being told. stable-0.1. Refs #166.FreeMind and XMind files can be edited but not saved, and the editor gave no warning, so edits were lost without notice. A toast now says "Changes to {extension} files are not saved." when such a file opens.
Cherry-picked without changes. On
stable-0.1, Vitest formindmap.spec.jspasses (35 tests). I have not yet tested it in a running Nextcloud.🤖 AI (if applicable)
