Summary
Pressing a resize handle no longer changes an object or Panel through snapping. An edge now joins resize snapping once the pointer has moved more than 5 screen px along its axis, and stays in for the rest of the drag. Snapping now skips targets below the drag's own floor rather than a flat 24 pt, so thin objects can snap on their short edge, and aspect-locked content can snap its short edge below 24 pt while its long edge stays at 24 pt or more. Plot and Panel minimums still apply after snapping. A guide shows only when the aspect-locked frame lands on it.
