Webflow · Astro · Next.js + Sanity · Make · n8n · Claude API
I work as a freelancer under noirvision. Ten years in Webflow, 300+ sites built, Webflow Certified Partner. Today I build on Webflow, Astro and Next.js, and I connect sites to the rest of a business with Make, n8n and the Claude API.
- Marketing sites on Webflow. Client-First structure, CMS collections, custom JS where Webflow stops.
- Static and headless sites on Astro and Next.js. Sanity as the CMS, hosted on Cloudflare Pages or Vercel.
- Migrations. Webflow to Astro, hand-coded or Next.js sites into Webflow, with automated checks against the original.
- Automation. Form to CRM to alert flows, lead routing, and AI screening of incoming items in Make, n8n and GoHighLevel through its API.
| Project | What it was | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing site, US mobile carrier | Hard-coded Next.js site rebuilt in Webflow page by page, with blog, FAQ and help articles on CMS. A Playwright script compares computed styles with the original across widths and themes | Lighthouse mobile 91 → 95, desktop 100 |
| Technical SEO and new pages, mental-health practice | Image, alt text, H1 and sitemap cleanup, then new pages on a CMS | Non-branded search clicks +81% and average position 8.9 → 7.3 over six months (Search Console) |
| Landing pages, Australian startup incubator | About 200 landing pages for its startups, working directly with founders, with HubSpot and Mailchimp integrations | 4.5 years across two contracts |
These are portfolio projects, not client sites. They are marked noindex.
Webflow landings rebuilt in Astro. Three startup landings I had built in Webflow, moved into one monorepo with a shared component library on Cloudflare Pages: Odd Academia · PolicyBox · Rithm. Mobile PageSpeed went to 100 on all three (from 70, 83 and 63), and JavaScript per page from about 280 KB to 2 KB. Code: hyper-landings-astro.
One law-firm site, two frontends. A fictional bilingual (DE/EN) firm with its content in Sanity, built twice on the same dataset: Astro on Cloudflare Pages and Next.js on Vercel. A Publish in Sanity updates the Next.js site in seconds without a rebuild. The Next.js version matches the Astro one on 70 of 70 URLs at desktop and mobile widths. The layout comes from another site's Webflow export, and the content is invented.
A premium product site in three stacks. A 2021 Webflow build ported to Astro (mobile PageSpeed 62 → 100, LCP 7.0 s → 1.7 s) and then to Next.js with a Sanity blog. A personal port, not an official site of the brand.
- Speed-to-lead in Make and GoHighLevel. A web-form lead goes into a CRM pipeline and the owner gets an SMS in 1.3–1.5 seconds. Duplicate contacts are recovered, the SMS retries with backoff, and an email goes out if it still fails. A demo build, covered by 4 functional tests.
- AI lead screening. A rule-based pre-filter, then Claude scores each item and returns strict JSON, then a Telegram card. Repo: llm-lead-qualification-pipeline.
- A silent CRM integration failure. A Webflow to CRM webhook flow that dropped leads without an error, and how I found it: crm-webhook-integration-debug.
