Landing estática: catálogo sin servidor con App Mode - #5

tools/build_site.py arma site/ con la misma web en modo estatico: cada tarjeta reproduce su preview y abre la app de Comfy Cloud del preset (comfy_app), sin estudio ni ajustes de key; presets.json reemplaza la API y vercel.json manda los mismos encabezados de seguridad que el servidor. La seccion Try it muestra el efecto elegido y, si hay --demo, el video. Walk of Fire ya tiene su link de App Mode. README con Try it y la seccion del sitio de catalogo; 5 tests nuevos (63 en total).
