Current sections

/, /about/, /work/, /projects/, /fun/, /words/, and /letters/ are all live.
/gallery/ is still a placeholder.
/secret/ is deployed by GitHub Actions from a private puzzle source repo.

Structure notes

Shared primitives and global chrome live in css/style.css.
Top-level page-family styling lives in css/pages/, for example home.css, work.css, projects.css, words.css, and letters.css.
Mini projects under fun/projects/<slug>/ keep their own local style.css, script.js, and index.html.
Shared behavior lives in js/site.js, with page-owned entrypoints under js/pages/.
Firebase-backed analytics are disabled until js/firebase-config.js is filled in; setup details live in docs/analytics-setup.md.
Markdown-backed writing currently lives in work/stories/<slug>/story.md, projects/<slug>/content.md, projects/<slug>/<note>/content.md, and words/<slug>/content.md.
scripts/sync-site.mjs updates cache-busting metadata, SEO metadata, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, static markdown HTML, and generated writing pages from non-empty content.md files.
.github/workflows/pages.yml builds the public Pages artifact and injects /secret/ from the private puzzle repo at deploy time.
Contributor workflows live in docs/section-workflows.md.
Private puzzle deployment steps live in docs/private-puzzle-deploy.md.
