Problem

The URL rotation / failover docs tell users to configure https://api2.octa.space as the backup host (README + examples/failover.py). That hostname has no DNS records — anyone enabling failover exactly as documented routes traffic to NXDOMAIN.

Fix

Point the failover examples at https://api.octa.computer, which serves the same API (verified live), so the documented failover configuration actually works.

Verification

Full test suite passes: 81 passed.

api2.octa.space / api-backup.octa.space have no DNS records — anyone
enabling URL rotation exactly as documented routes traffic to NXDOMAIN.
api.octa.computer serves the same API (verified live), so the failover
examples now point at a host that actually exists.
