…me in the runbook playbook-bootstrap.yml logs in as root (its remote_user overrides -u), so it only works on new hosts: ssh_users's AllowUsers keeps root out after that. deploy-bootstrap.yml is the one for user changes on running hosts. The runbook used notebook.ooni.org for -l and host_vars; Ansible's name for it is notebook1.htz-fsn.prod.ooni.nu.
