Although this is a minor version bump, Camel 4.23 is actually a pretty substantial release, with over 2,000 commits, 503 bug fixes, and 362 improvements.

The upgrade guide documents quite a few behavioral changes. Given OpenRemote's use of Camel, a few areas might be worth retesting:

• WebSocket communication: Connections, authentication, subscriptions, and reconnections, particularly given the changes to Undertow WebSocket handling.
• Message routing and error handling: Attribute event processing and notifications, especially failure handling and retries (onException behavior has changed).
• Health checks: Camel readiness and health reporting, particularly for suspended routes and disabled health checks.

The CI checks are passing and there are no obvious breaking incompatibilities, but some focused regression testing of these areas would provide additional confidence before merging.
