I have decided to make a tool out of nowhere.
I have found from publicly available information that replacing activities that spike-crash your dopamine with boring, repetitive ones can help the brain recover the dopamine baseline.
Which I found perfect for my own goals, I usually doomscroll instead of getting my job done.
And so I decided to make exactly this: a repetitive activity you do which forces your brain to work while ALSO stopping your brain from spiking dopamine levels.
