Adds Pagination to the web collection (panelui-web): the component, its docs page, registry item, demos, and generated agent-skill reference.
Why
The web collection can render a Table of records but had no control for moving through them a page at a time. The native package already ships a mature Pagination; this ports its arithmetic and its three presentations, then adapts the targets and controls to the web.
Animations use Reanimated on the UI thread — N/A for the web collection; only colour/background transitions, and they respect prefers-reduced-motion
No hardcoded colours — everything resolves through the theme tokens
Interactive parts carry the web equivalents: nav landmark, aria-current="page", aria-disabled, descriptive labels, keyboard operability
Every new part accepts className
If this touches a component's API
web-meta.json and web-usage/pagination.json are updated, with addedIn set to 0.15.0
build-web-registry, gen-web, build-web-skill, and build-skill-assets have been run and the generated files are committed
Props tables read correctly — they come from the TypeScript interfaces and their JSDoc
If this adds a component
Exported from packages/web/src/index.ts, with its types and named twins for every dotted part
Registry item, docs page, sidebar entry, demo map, and agent-skill reference generated and committed
Notes for the reviewer
The ellipsis is a button, not punctuation. It jumps pageJump pages (default 5). A dead target in the middle of a row of live ones reads as broken, which is the same reasoning as the native comment.
Clamping happens both ways. A controlled page can be past the end when count shrinks under it (a filter narrowing the set); the component clamps before drawing, so nothing lights and both arrows are never disabled at once.
getPageHref turns the numeric run into real links. Without it, the page numbers are buttons; with it, each is a Pagination.Link anchor, for a page that should be linkable and crawlable.
The current page is solid primary. That is deliberate: it is a chosen item, so it takes the same weight as Tabs and Toolbar rather than the quiet tint used for a persistent rail.
Two props are documented but absent from the generated table:aria-label and children are filtered by the props extractor. Their JSDoc is accurate; this is an extractor limitation, not a missing prop.
Version:addedIn is 0.15.0 while panelui-web is still 0.14.0, so the docs page carries the "new" badge until the release lands. No version bump in this PR, per CONTRIBUTING.
No new dependencies.

The Pagination component works as intended. Conditional status children like {show && <Pagination.Status />} can misplace the controls, and the documented usage example is misleading. Both are small fixes that can be made before or shortly after merge.

"intro": "Use it under a table or a list that is longer than one screen, when the rows arrive a page at a time and a reader needs to reach a particular part of the set.\n\nIt never fetches and never slices. Give it how many pages there are, and either let it keep the page or pass `page` and `onPageChange` to hold it yourself; the rows are yours.\n\nThe run of numbers has a fixed width. `siblings` sets how many pages sit either side of the one you are on and `boundaries` how many stay pinned at each end, so a narrow column shows fewer numbers rather than a row that reshuffles as you move through it.\n\nFor moving between a few views of one thing, use [Tabs](/docs/web/components/tabs). When the pages have addresses of their own, pass `getPageHref` and every number becomes a real link that can be opened in another tab.",

Replace the nonfunctional composition example.
The root requires count and renders its own controls. It places children in a separate leading container. Copying this example therefore fails typechecking; adding count alone would duplicate the controls. Show a valid root with Pagination.Status, and keep the other parts in the parts list rather than presenting them as root children. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
As per coding guidelines, “The component MDX is generated, never hand-edited.” Change this usage JSON and regenerate the documentation.

Falsy children such as false create an empty leading block.
hasChildren is true for any child that is not undefined or null. A common pattern is {showStatus && <Pagination.Status />}. When showStatus is false, the child is false, and hasChildren is true. The root then renders an empty pagination-leading div. It also switches to justify-between, so the controls move to the trailing edge instead of staying centered.
Use Children.toArray, which drops null, undefined and boolean children.
