Why

GitHub Actions から実行するスクリプトが、手作業用の scripts/eks-lifecycle/ と同じ scripts/ に混ざっていた。
workflow 用のスクリプトを .github/scripts/ にまとめ、workflow と一緒に置く。
README はパスがコード表記のままで辿りにくく、もう存在しない仕組みを説明する節も残っていた。

What

• scripts/terragrunt-release/ と scripts/kubernetes-hydrate/ を .github/scripts/ に移す。
  • workflow、Renovate レビュー用 prompt、EKS 再作成 runbook、README の参照を新しいパスに直す。
  • render-diff.sh の script_dir と、そのテストの fixture も新しいパスに合わせる。
  • Makefile から手作業で使う scripts/eks-lifecycle/ は scripts/ に残す。
  • docs/superpowers/ の spec / plan は作業当時の記録なので、旧パスのまま残す。
• README / README-ja から EKS Lifecycle と Claude Code Integration の節を削除する。
  • Claude Code Integration が指す claude-code-action.yaml と aws/ai-assistant/ は、もう存在しない。
• README / README-ja のうち、実在するファイル・ディレクトリを指すパスを相対リンクにする。
  • {service} を含むテンプレートのパス、root.hcl のように複数あるファイル名、run 名や job 名は、リンク先が 1 つに決まらないのでコード表記のまま残す。
• README / README-ja の Deployment > Trigger を組み直す。
  • 冒頭の表で、どのイベントでどの workflow が plan / apply するかを示す。
  • 細部は Targets（ラベルと target の展開・exclude）と Releases（release-please・再実行）に分ける。
  • exclude-paths と workflow-config.yaml の照合や、exclude の rule の一致条件は、スクリプトとテストに任せて README から外す。

Merge 後の注意

• merge 前に作られ、rebase されていない PR が kubernetes/components/ を変更すると、hydrate が新しいパスのスクリプトを見つけられずに失敗する。
  • 該当する PR は gh pr update-branch で base を更新する。
  • 作成時点で該当する open の PR はない。

Test plan

• 旧パス scripts/terragrunt-release / scripts/kubernetes-hydrate への参照が docs/superpowers/ 以外に残っていない
• .github/scripts/kubernetes-hydrate/tests/ の 2 本が通る（13/13・4/4）
• .github/scripts/terragrunt-release/test.sh が 33 件すべて PASS、validate-apply-trigger.sh と check-release-configs.sh が exit 0
• README / README-ja の相対リンクがすべて実在するパスを指す
• actionlint は既存の target-environment エラー 1 件のみ
• この PR の CI（Test Terragrunt Release、Label Resolver の validate step）が新しいパスで通る
