docs(deck): voice + Red Hat Display pass on the Python deck - #95

Recast all 451 ban-tier em dashes (451 unique non-code paragraph
segments) in Designing-Cloud-Native-APIs-Python.pptx with a comma,
colon, semicolon, or parentheses, and dropped or renamed 44
chapter/section/appendix number cross-references ("section 11",
"(Appendix H)", "§12") in favour of naming the concept directly.
Code boxes and speaker-note comments are untouched.
scripts/deck_edit.py lgtm-presentation/edits/voice-python.json applies
the 469 replace ops; lgtm-presentation/text/Designing-Cloud-Native-APIs-Python.md
is the regenerated sidecar. voice-scan.sh and deck_text.py --check are
both clean.
Retarget every Overpass-family typeface declaration to Red Hat Display in Designing-Cloud-Native-APIs-Python.pptx: 1586 font elements (a:latin, a:ea, a:cs on each title run's rPr, plus a:buFont/a:sym on the bullet-glyph pPr) across all slides. Red Hat Mono (5886) and Red Hat Text (5368) element counts are unchanged; raw "Overpass" no longer appears anywhere in the slide XML. Adds scripts/deck_font.py (python-pptx), reusing MONO_RE/run_font from deck_edit.py; report mode previews the change count before --apply rewrites the deck in place.
