feat(presentation): add "Take it with you" QR slide to Data Mesh (Python) decks - #20

…o Data Mesh (Python) decks Left QR -> the datamesh-reference-arch-python site, right QR -> the Workshops & Tutorials hub (matches the datamesh-quarkus siblings). - The_Data_Mesh_101 + Data_Mesh_on_OpenShift: added the slide to build-101.js / build-deck.js source and rebuilt from the committed dpng diagrams. - The_Data_Mesh_Updated + Data-Mesh-100-Data-Architectures: no build source in the repo, so the slide was appended directly to the .pptx (scaled to each deck size; Updated is 10x5.625). - New qr-site.png / qr-hub.png assets in both deck dirs.

Adds the "SCAN TO EXPLORE / Take it with you" slide to all four decks, matching the datamesh-quarkus siblings (left QR -> datamesh-reference-arch-python site, right QR -> the hub).
build-101.js/build-deck.jssource and rebuilt from committeddpng/diagrams..pptx(scaled per deck size; Updated is 10x5.625).qr-site.png/qr-hub.pngin both deck dirs.Verified: all four rendered via LibreOffice; both QR codes on each decode to the correct URLs.
