docs(site): nav parity, bibliography/examples pages, unpublish plans - #34

- Nav: Tutorial -> Chapters, drop Prerequisites, add Examples and Bibliography (header and footer). - Unpublish the plans collection (output: false); remove the 'Roadmap' links from the footer and the part-index 'Coming soon' callout (now points at the outline). CLAUDE.md updated: plans-unpublished + the Learning-objectives/ Why-this-matters chapter spine. - New /bibliography/ (Kerrisk TLPI, Stevens APUE, Love, Gregg; plus man-pages/ kernel/liburing/language docs) and /examples/ index (all 54 examples, each C++23/Go/Rust). Jekyll build clean; /bibliography/ and /examples/ render, /plans/ does not.
