- Line 460: Update the session-GC flow around gc_timeout() and
run_session_gc_callbacks() to run callbacks only once for each idle period.
Record that cleanup has run, and reset that state when connection_manager()
refreshes the session activity timestamp; preserve expired managers and the
existing repeated ServerManager.release() behavior.

…ns are released. pgadmin-org#10612 Driver.gc_timeout() released the connections of sessions that expired without logging out, but left their SQLAutoComplete objects in the Query Tool's cache for the life of the process. The driver now runs registered callbacks for each session it releases, and the Query Tool uses one to drop that session's autocomplete objects.

Summary
Driver.gc_timeout()releases the connections of sessions that expire without logging out, but the Query Tool'sauto_complete_objectscache kept those sessions'SQLAutoCompleteobjects (and their dead connections) for the life of the process in server mode.BaseDrivernow has a small registry of session GC callbacks, run with the session id whenevergc_timeout()releases that session; the Query Tool registers one that drops every cache entry for the session.Test plan
tools.sqleditor.tests.test_autocomplete_session_gcdrives the realgc_timeout()with one expired and one active session and checks only the expired session's objects are dropped (fails without the fix).tools.sqleditor.tests.test_autocomplete_per_sessionstill passes; pycodestyle clean.Closes #10612
