The documented bake --load commands inherit both Linux platforms from the static-builder target. This fails with Docker exporters that cannot export manifest lists.

Select the machine's architecture explicitly with --set "*.platform=linux/$(uname -m)" in all three examples, including Xdebug, and explain why. The release build matrix remains unchanged.

Validation:

• Reproduced the exporter error with an isolated multi-platform build.
• Verified single-platform Docker archive exports for Linux amd64 and arm64.
• Checked both Bake targets, shell syntax and Markdown lint.
