Adds an Auto Database Backup check for the ACP hourly setting, due-task detection, private archive creation, and retention. It checks that a late backup keeps its cadence and that retention preserves an unrelated manual archive.
Codex ran the check and the extension lifecycle on phpBB 3.3.19 and 4.0.0-a3-dev with SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. All ten cases passed, with 11 checks per case. The phpBB 3.3 SQL Server run used the separate seed-forum reset fix.
