Adds a Chromium regression check for elonw using assets served by the test board. It checks external link marking, same-site subdomains, the link forum handler, and the new-window call on click.
Codex confirmed that the old code fails three assertions for unrelated .com.br sites. The fixed code passed all ten phpBB and database combinations with 11 checks per board. The test-board option suite also passed.
