Summary
Bump the version to 0.3.1 in
pixi.tomlandcrates/shell/pixi.toml, both the[workspace]and[package]entries, ahead of taggingv0.3.1.0.3.0 was never tagged or released; the last release is v0.2.0. conda-forge builds
shellfrom thev{version}tag tarball, so the tag is what publishes the release there. The release includes, among the changes since v0.2.0, the script argument fixes from #294 (#290–#293).
