A big Fleet Sync (300 GB to dev3) read 0% for hours with nothing else on screen, so it looked stuck.

  • The percent shows one decimal below 10% (0.1%, not 0%).
  • A detail line shows 570 MB of ~300 GB · 4 MB/s · ~19:48:13 left.
  • Under each destination, a Sending N files list shows the file in flight first, then the files already sent, with their sizes. It's capped at 200 rows and the text is selectable.

The pure helpers are in lib/fleet-sync.ts, with tests. The full suite passes: 934 tests in 73 files.

A 300 GB sync read "0%" for hours with nothing else on screen. Each
destination now shows a one-decimal percent, bytes of the estimated total,
rate and time left, plus a list of the files it is receiving (newest first,
the one in flight on top, capped at 200 rows).
