Tired of the same old ctrl c & ctrl v Android home launchers? So am I and thus I present Launch-R! inspired by one ui home 5.1 but much better, Launch-R is packed with numerous QOL features and brilliantly designed by yours truly (ResurrectDev1)
- Open Launch-R, or set it as your default home launcher.
- Swipe up to open the app drawer and search bar.
- Tap and hold an app to drag it around. Drop it on top of another app to make a folder.
- Tap the three dots in the top right of the app drawer to open the actions menu.
- Tap Launcher settings to customize the color, font, icon shapes & much much more.
🗂️ App Drawer: Swipe up for a clean app drawer with a built-in search bar. Choose how many columns you want, and optionally have the drawer open straight into search.
📁 Folders: Drag one app onto another to make a folder, recolor it right from inside, and move apps in and out of folders with smooth One UI inspired animations.
🔍 Fuzzy Search & Tags: Find apps even with typos, and give apps your own tags so searching a keyword brings up everything you tagged with it.
🏠 Customizable Home Screen: Add, remove and reorder pages, pick your default home page, choose your home grid size, and lock the layout so nothing moves by accident. Drag apps and folders straight from the drawer onto your home screen.
🪟 Widget Support: Add and resize Android widgets with a live placement preview that shows exactly how much space they'll take up.
🎨 Theming: Pick any color with a hex color picker and optionally turn on Material You so it works alongside your other theme choices.
🔷 Icon Shapes & Icon Packs: Choose your icon shape (circle, square, squircle, hexagon or teardrop) and apply third-party icon packs, with support for adaptive and themed icons.
🔤 Fonts & Text: Pick a built-in font or load your own custom font, scale text size to your liking and turn on bold text.
🙈 Hide Apps: Keep apps out of sight, and start a search with / to find them anyway.
🔔 Icon Badges: Optional notification badges on your app icons, off by default until you choose to enable them.
👆 Swipe Gestures: Assign actions to home screen swipes, like opening an app, recent apps or the notification panel.
⚡ Shortcuts: Long-press an app for its shortcuts, and pin "Add to Home screen" shortcuts right on your home screen. (Default launcher only.)
📳 Haptics & Animations: Subtle haptics and spring animations when dragging, dropping and opening folders.
