Command-mode artifact producers currently lose CODE_POLISHY_ARTIFACT_OUTPUT because assignments are passed through the parent-variable name allowlist. This passes the generated private path through EnvironmentOverrides in both authorization planning and execution, preserving the configured environment boundary.
Adds a real-process regression proving private output delivery, replacement of an inherited stale value, exclusion of unselected environment variables, and manifest/archive publication. Includes 0.31.6 version and changelog metadata; no release tag is created.
Validation: the regression fails before the fix and passes afterward. Artifact-security, engine and CLI contract suites passed on the original candidate. The integrated 0.31.5-based candidate passes the artifact-security suite, formatting and release metadata checks. Required native CI and installed-artifact verification remain pending; no release publication or Learn Portugal deployment is included.
