Re-pin the model to the skills coverage pass

The pin moves from 64c9132 to ef18ed8, two commits found by clicking around the published graph
rather than by reading the model. A skill page showed one experience where the work spanned
several, because the skills: lists had been written from what the person did in a period and
the schema asks for what the entry shows.

Nineteen skill entries were added across ten experiences and three removed, so every list now
says what its own body carries. Two evidence cells changed with them: Open-source stewardship
dropped a first half claiming participation in someone else's Eclipse initiative as stewardship,
and Stakeholder management now matches the three experiences that show it.

AI governance and AI strategy move from Expert to Proficient. The argument is Rob's rather than
the schema's — he is starting a CAS, then a DAS, then a MAS, and a rung reading "knows where it
breaks down and where it is simply wrong" does not survive three years of formal study of the
same subject.
