Acceptance brief
onDeathdelivery and one report per destruction on both engines. EVT-007 is retired by IDR-004 because cross-engine death ordering is not reproducible; EVT-014 succeeds it and verifies survivor delivery directly on both engines.clue validate;./gradlew :robocode-api:test --no-daemon; local matched-pair Tier 2 conformance for interruptible, own-death, and survivor-death event suites.Summary
Restores death-event evidence using locally built, same-revision Tank Royale artifacts without requiring a release. Adds direct survivor-delivery coverage and corrects the evidence boundary where cross-engine ordering cannot be asserted honestly.
