Replace chalk with picocolors in the gh-pages plugin, which only uses green and cyan log formatting. Use node:fs for workspace package discovery and remove the root fs-extra dependency. Includes a patch changeset for rspress-plugin-gh-pages.
This change is based on main and independent of #39. Chalk and fs-extra remain in the lockfile where required by other dependencies.
Validation: frozen-lockfile install, package builds (including Publint), lint/type checking/formatting, documentation builds, 13 unit tests, and 56 E2E tests all passed locally on Node.js 24.18.0. Workspace package names and commit scopes match the previous script output.
