Motivation
The repository has no issue or pull request templates, so reports can omit the affected plugin, versions, or reproduction details. Follow the structure used by Rspress.
Changes
Add bug and feature request forms with required plugin details, existing
bug/enhancementlabels, and a chooser linking general Rspress questions to Rspress Discussions. Bug reports also require environment information, a reproduction link, and reproduction steps. Reuse Rspress's concise Motivation / Changes PR template.Validation: YAML parsing, form structure checks, Prettier checks, and
git diff --checkpassed. Only GitHub templates changed; build and runtime tests were not run.
