Summary
This PR extends the Rstack CLI migration skill for projects that use Lefthook. It adds Lefthook discovery and documents how to preserve staged-file fixes, pre-push file filters, orchestration, environment controls, and pnpm build metadata when moving to
rs hooksandrs staged.
