Spellkit's per-OS defaults and failure modes were easy to get wrong from the README alone. Document Checker::new, locale errors, suggestions limits, and UTF-8 range in rustdoc, and treat invalid C strings as a no-op in Hunspell ignore instead of unwrapping.
