P2 SDK changes escape unit tests

The wider e2b and sail ranges are not checked by the provider unit tests. Those tests replace SDK methods with mocks or fake objects, so they can pass even if a newly allowed release changes a method or keyword argument the providers use. Add offline checks against the real SDK imports and method signatures to cover these wider ranges.
