Adds the headings and redirect that product and generated links from sourcegraph/sourcegraph now point to, so they work on this site until cutover. See #2128 (review).

The link check failure is expected: the redirect changes how it reports an existing absolute link in the generated alerts.mdx, which the next sync would overwrite if edited here.
