Problem
The hourly project statistics are built and off, pending a signed decision.
Change
Records the owner's decision of 8 November 2026 in the review, and updates the documents that describe the state. The risks accepted are named in the review: the lawful basis has had no legal review, the AWS account is shared, and public sums can be compared over time. Fredrik Ahlgren is operator and incident contact until someone else is named.
