Tag images and videos with locally hosted AI models (WD taggers, JoyTag, YOLO NSFW classifiers). Adds 6 Stash tasks for tagging images and scenes, with optional scene-marker creation for video tagging. Runtime requirements: see plugins/tagAI/README.md (pip deps installed into Stash's Python, ffmpeg for video tagging, ONNX model setup per Models/README.md).

Adds TagAI, a plugin that tags images and scenes with locally hosted AI models (no cloud calls).

Supported models include
wd-v1-4-moat-tagger-v2,wd-convnext-tagger-v3,wd-v1-4-vit-tagger,wd-swinv2-tagger-v3,wd-eva02-large-tagger-v3,joytag,yolo26n-cls-porn,yolo11-nsfwandsex-position. Video tasks can create scene markers (with ranges) for detected tags.Runtime requirements
