I'm a full-stack software engineer with a frontend focus, and for over seven years I've built and maintained web products for real users.
What I enjoy most is taking a genuinely complicated workflow, like approvals, permissions, or multi-step processes, and shaping it into an interface that feels obvious to use.
I'm currently a Frontend Engineer at ThriveAgric (YC W19) / Crust MFB. There, I built the frontend foundation for Crust's corporate internet banking product, handling payments, approvals, and role-based access from the ground up.
I also built the frontend for Crust Portfolio Desk, a deposit mobilization product where permissions shape what each user can see and do. A lot of the work was less about UI polish and more about designing flows that hold up under different roles.
Outside work, I'm building two products of my own: Vendda, which helps small businesses in Nigeria start selling online, and Klosapoint, a Yelp-like platform for discovering local businesses nearby. I'm also the full-stack developer behind Ploba, a place to discover AI apps, agents, APIs, and tools.
Building for myself keeps me close to the parts of the job that don't show up in a pull request: deciding what to ship next, talking to actual customers, figuring out what to simplify, and making sure what I build keeps working long after launch.
When I'm not writing code or mapping out the next product flow, I'm probably travelling to somewhere new and contributing to Google Maps as a Local Guide, currently halfway to level 7 🙂.
Day-to-day, I work mostly with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. I'm also comfortable picking up Python tools like FastAPI or Flask when a project calls for them.
I'm open to frontend or product engineering roles, and selective consulting work.
