Adds a Bandwidth page under SC Compute: what is measured, the allowance per specification, how the team pool and proration work, the price per GB, how daily charges and the invoice line work, and where to see usage. Links it from the compute overview, the invoices FAQ and the monitoring guide, and adds a changelog entry.
A compute's monthly outbound usage now sits below its Network chart, which shows public and private traffic, and the team view lists each compute's usage against its allowance under Usage breakdown. Says that the live chart and the daily monthly figure can differ during the day.
