docs: fix GitHub org links and list Debian 12 and 13 images - #55

The agent pages, the AI skill page and the support page still linked to the strettch GitHub org. That org belongs to Strettch Agency, a separate company. The repositories moved to strettch-cloud (SC-423), and the console agent's repository was renamed from sc-console-agent to sc-agent. The old links still work because GitHub redirects transferred repositories, but only until a repository with the old name is created in the strettch org. The quickstart listed Debian 13 but not Debian 12, and the create-compute API reference listed no Debian image at all. The slugs follow public-api's BuildImageSlug: the image name in upper case, a hyphen, then the version (debian + 12 gives DEBIAN-12). Two fixes.
1. GitHub links point at the strettch-cloud org
Four pages linked to the
