Points the README demo video at the same demo re-rendered with version 2 of the Submilli logo. The mark's diagonal is now at 45 degrees with equal stubs past the crossing; the wordmark has even stem spacing, round i dots and round stroke ends. Only the footer lockup changes; the rest of each frame, the length (82.8 s) and the encoding are the same.

• README.md: demo video link points to the re-rendered video. The package READMEs used on PyPI do not embed the video, so released packages are unaffected.

Validation

• The new video downloads anonymously and is byte-identical to the re-render (3,712,678 bytes, 1920 x 1080, 30 fps, 2484 frames).
• Outside the footer logo, frames differ only by encoder noise in the bottom rows (y 1008 to 1057); nothing above y 1008 changes.
• The same video replaces the one in Use logo version 2 in the docs site and roadmap banner submilli-runtime#311.
