Update the root README to use Superhuman Plugins terminology, link to
superhuman/plugins-sdkand the Superhuman documentation, and use the renamedpacksCLI in command examples. Assign repository-wide code ownership to@superhuman/plugins-sdkin place of@coda/packs. Validation:git diff --checkpasses, README relative links resolve, documentation URLs return HTTP 200, and the terminology check finds no old Pack/Packs wording orcodaCLI commands.
