Update the release guide to identify the Publish Plugins SDK Release Token on the
superhumanengineeringnpm account. Record its creation date as October 26, 2026 and expiration date as January 24, 2027. The guide continues to identifyNPM_TOKENin thesdk-releaseenvironment as the CI secret.Validation: repository lint, commit hooks, push lint, and
git diff --checkpassed. Rebased onto the latestmain; the diff contains only the release-token documentation update.Apply
