Provision the Python version required by
Pipfilebefore restoring the virtualenv cache and running Pipenv. This fixes the missing Python 3.14 failure seen in #3713 and keeps interpreter selection aligned with the checked-out project requirements.The shared action already serves CI validation, docs publishing in all environments, release preparation, and release validation, so all jobs that use the project Python environment receive the fix.
Validation:
actionlint, YAML parsing, Prettier,make lint, commit hooks, push lint, andgit diff --checkpassed. Python installation itself runs in GitHub Actions.Apply
