cargo update -p tokio -p ctutilsin src-tauri/Cargo.lock: tokio 1.54.0 to 1.54.1 (RUSTSEC-2026-0384, race condition intokio::time::Interval) and ctutils 0.4.3 to 0.4.5 (RUSTSEC-2026-0385, non-constant-time mask generation; 0.4.4 is the first patched version and 0.4.5 is current). No crate is added or removed, but cargo also re-selected dependency edges on seven untouched packages (cssparser-macros now points at the syn 2 entry; errno, quinn-udp, rustix, rustls-platform-verifier, tempfile and winapi-util now point at the windows-sys 0.52 entry); both versions of each stay in the lock, and the diff is byte-identical tocargo update -p tokio -p ctutilson clean main with cargo 1.97.1. The startup launcher lockfile does not contain either crate.Both advisories were published on 2026-10-21 and 2026-10-23, after main's last CI run, which is why the Dependency audit job fails on #1173 without any dependency change there. This needs to merge before the v1.0.0 release PR.
